I happened to learn about the classes accidentally and being not very sure I enrolled myself, but I am very happy that I did so because the classes were amazing. Deepika is a wonderful mentor and she makes everyone feel comfortable irrespective of the level of knowledge each one possesses. She thought every aspect about chocolates, not only on how to make it but she made us understand the science and art behind chocolates. She managed to transport us to a whole new world of chocolates. I learnt to make a lot of varieties of chocolates and also understood the right method of doing it. I was very impressed with the humility and friendliness of Deepika, which made me feel comfortable. I am looking forward to learning much more from Deepika.

I was looking out for a much needed course which could answer all my questions and get hands on with the couverture chocolates and then I saw Deepika academy and to be very honest I got all my questioned answered with true hands till intermediate level.
